Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 days for all orders to be processed. Processing time is in addition to the shipping speed you choose.

All retail orders are sent by USPS. If an item arrives broken, please shoot us an email at team@mysticalsociety.com with your order number and images of the damage, and we will replace it or give you a store credit.

Please note that while things are sent by USPS, the shipping times estimated at checkout are not guaranteed by Mystical Society. Mystical Society is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit, but will replace any damaged or defective items that are not due to shipping concerns. If you need your item sooner, select a faster shipping method instead of STANDARD SHIPPING at checkout. STANDARD SHIPPING is dispatched via First-Class Mail and takes 3-8 business days to arrive.

Please double-check your mailing address during checkout. If things are returned to us, shipping costs must be repaid in order for your items to be resent to your correct address. Once an item has been shipped, it is not possible to modify the mailing address; instead, a new order must be created. A new order must be placed if an item is lost in the mail and cannot be delivered. After products leave our premises, Mystical Society is not liable for them. If an item is lost in transit or is unable to be delivered, the buyer must contact the shipping firm to settle any shipping issues and/or file any claims so that the item can be delivered securely to them. We cannot be held liable for any items that do not arrive after they leave our facility because they are no longer in our control and are shipped to the address specified at checkout.
