What is the meaning of karmic pattern clearing? The cleansing of deep behavioral responses that control how we react to specific situations is known as karmic pattern clearing.
This post explains how I view karmic pattern cleansing. There are various techniques and methods of clearing that I am aware of. The one I’m talking about here is only one of several.
The process of karmic pattern cleaning frequently results in the surfacing and unveiling of subconsciously hidden inclinations and mental patterns. Meditation and a knowledge of our dreams, for that matter, are useful tools in managing the process.
Neither good nor harmful, karmic energies exist. It’s just the way energy is. However, our beliefs and influences, which we may have picked up as children or in prior lifetimes, will cause us to see certain ‘characteristics’ as favorable or negative. This tendency to pass judgment is virtually instinctive and immediate.
For the ’cause’ to be ‘found’ and subsequently ‘understood,’ energy (reaction) must often be allowed to take its complete course. When the first reaction occurs, the second often analyzes the first and determines if it is good or harmful. If the previous reaction is regarded negative or unwanted, our personality will attempt to ‘correct’ the situation by avoiding (blocking) it from recurring. So far, we’ve seen an increase in reactions, which can sometimes exacerbate the situation.
A Technique for Karmic Cleaning
This is one of the methods I use. The first thing I’ll do is define all of the reactions that come to mind. Essentially, I’m teaching myself to recognize my own tendencies. This is something I do in circumstances where I have a strong reaction. What is the best way to describe these reactions? That can be accomplished in a variety of ways. Here are a few examples:
‘How I Feel’ is a phrase used to express one’s feelings. They should be expressed.
Keeping track of them in a notebook or a record book.
What is the point of all of this? We recognize these reactions by identifying them, and they (thinking patterns) become known or cognizant to our conscious self as a result. More and more of our karmic tendencies will be revealed when we exhibit them (and eventually be understood). This will continue until the emotional charge of the reactions has dissipated. We will be less interested in them once they have lost their emotional charge. As a result, I believe myself to have ‘cleared the karmic pattern.’
Finally, the ‘external’ scenario is essentially ‘made’ to reveal something about ourselves. We may need to use the’mirroring’ idea on occasion. When we meet someone we don’t like, for example, examine to see whether we share the same pattern deep within our unconscious or subconscious. This is the portion that I find the most difficult to swallow.
Is there a method to clear these karmas quickly and painlessly? Not that I’m aware of. In addition, dream analysis can aid us in our efforts to eliminate karmic patterns. Dreams frequently reveal components of our personality that are unconscious or subconscious. As a result, understanding ourselves and our mental patterns is immensely aided by the capacity to analyze dreams.
