What is alignment and how can I achieve it?
Are you in alignment with your goals? Have you ever felt like your skull was banging against a brick wall? You keep attempting to achieve a goal, but you never seem to succeed. Instead of going forward and attaining your goals with grace and ease, you are suffering.
You are not by yourself. Unfortunately, for many people, the battle to transition from what we don’t want to what we do want is a basic struggle. People frequently strive against their desires and actively limit their good, whether they realize it or not.
To get what you want, you must be willing to put an end to the battle and take action. Your success is determined by your capacity to attain your objectives.
Being true and in harmony with your authenticity is the simplest way to shift from “stuck” to action without struggle. Authenticity indicates that your aspirations are a true expression of your inner self and soul, and that you are linked to your core.
Alignment means that your entire being is in agreement with the goal you want to achieve. For example, suppose you arrive home from work one evening exhausted. This evening, though, is your workout night. You’re sitting on the couch, trying to persuade yourself to put on your workout gear and go to the gym. Alignment is what you did to persuade a part of yourself to go to the gym when it really wanted to relax on the couch. You aligned yourself with the notion and intention of going to the gym, regardless of how exhausted you were.
All elements of you must work together for manifestation to cease struggle and attain goals. That means that all of the bodies—mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual—must agree on a purpose. No doubts, limiting beliefs, or attachments are allowed. The steps outlined below will help you conduct an authenticity check on your goals and bring yourself into alignment with them.
Step 1: Take a seat quietly.
Make a calm, quiet, and caring environment for oneself. It must be a place where you feel safe and comfortable. Spend some time in silence and introspection on your aim. Bring paper and a pen with you.
Step Two: The authenticity check.
Ask yourself if this is the right goal for you to pursue at this moment. If you answered yes, you can move on to the next step. If no, consider what a more appropriate objective for you right now would be.
By asking this question, you can break free from the mind’s demands (survival difficulties) and gain access to the soul within. You progress away from the ego’s petty pursuits and toward attaining the soul’s aspirations. As a result, your objectives become more genuine.
Make a note of the response you get. Inquire if you require further clarification on the response. Continue to inquire until you are satisfied.
Step Three: Alignment.
It’s time to develop alignment once you’ve defined and authenticated your aim. Ask to talk to your mental body while remaining in your quiet and comfortable environment. (Repeat steps three and four with each body.) Inquire about your mental body’s willingness to align with your purpose. The goal of this question is to identify any mental obstacles or limits that exist in relation to the goal. If you answered yes, move on to the physical, spiritual, and emotional bodies.
If the answer is no, simply start talking to this part of yourself. To begin, consider the following: Why are you unwilling to identify with this goal? What would it take for you to get on board with this objective?
Fear or insecurity may be the root of a part’s unwillingness to align with a genuine aim. Typically, the problem is resolved by assisting the person in understanding that they are being looked after, that they are safe, and that they have nothing to fear. Simply speak with the component and inform it of the facts.
Remember to thank all the bodies for helping the manifestation of this genuine aim after you’ve received their willingness. Reaffirm your commitment to this objective and your desire to see it realized.
You’ve set a genuine objective and brought yourself into complete alignment with it by finishing this step. Because all obstacles have been removed, you can now walk forward without difficulty. You will be successful.
